随着改革开放和经济的迅速发展,广告行业异军突起,成为一个新兴行业。在经济发展中,广告行业占有一席之地,但是作为新兴的行业,监督管理力度不够,在广告宣传过程中存在诸多违背道德和违反法律的问题,使消费者的合法权益受到侵害。我们必须对广告宣传加大监督力度,规范广告宣传,把广告宣传纳入法律运行轨道,使广告宣传规范化,为社会主义精神文明建设创造环境。
With the rapid development of reform and opening up and the economy, the advertising industry has emerged as a new industry. In the economic development, the advertising industry has a place. However, as an emerging industry, supervision and management are not enough. There are many problems that violate the moral and law-breaking issues in the process of advertising so that the legitimate rights and interests of consumers are infringed upon. We must step up our supervision over advertising, standardize advertising, incorporate advertising into the legal orbit, standardize advertising, and create an environment for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
