我科自1980年采用胆道冲洗治疗阻塞性新生儿肝炎获得满意的临床效果[中华小儿外科杂志1987.8(3):134]。从1986年起改用胆囊置管药物冲洗治疗,患儿在黄疸消退、粪便转黄及肝功能恢复方面均优于术中一次性胆道冲洗效果,现报道如下。
Our department from 1980 biliary flushing treatment of obstructive neonatal hepatitis to obtain satisfactory clinical results [Chinese Journal of Pediatric Surgery 1987.8 (3): 134]. From 1986 onwards, the use of gallbladder catheter drug flushing treatment, children with jaundice subsided, yellow feces and liver function recovery are better than intraoperative one-time biliary flushing results are reported below.
