依托院校举办短训班,是继续工程教育的一种培养人才的重要途径,也是高等地质院校帮助野外生产第一线的科技人员学习新理论、新技术、新方法的义不容辞的责任。为使短训班的教学更有针对性,提高办班质量,提高实际效益,我们对1984年以来在我院学习的530名学员进行了教学效果的跟踪调查。调查提纲包括教学效果、学员收获及对学院意见等三个方面的十个问题。我们发函530封,不到两个月就收到回信424封。
Relying on colleges and universities to hold short training classes is an important way to continue training students in engineering education. It is also the bounden duty of higher geology colleges and universities to help scientists and technicians in the field of field production learn new theories, new technologies and new methods. In order to make the teaching of short courses more pertinent, improve the quality of teaching and improve the actual benefits, we conducted a follow-up survey on the teaching effects of 530 trainees who have studied in our hospital since 1984. Survey outline includes teaching effectiveness, the harvest of students and views on the College of the three aspects of the 10 issues. We sent 530 letters, received 424 letters in less than two months.
