目的 评价健康教育对提高医务人员合理使用抗生素的知识及行为的效果。方法 对广西南宁市第三人民医院全体医务人员开展合理使用抗生素的健康教育。结果 经过 1年的健康教育 ,全体医务人员抗生素知识水平有较大的提高。抗生素的临床应用率也由原来的 89 1 4 % ,下降到 60 0 5%。结论 长期广泛地开展合理用药的医院健康教育 ,是帮助医务人员更新知识 ,转变观念的重要途径。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on improving knowledge and behavior of rational use of antibiotics by medical staffs. Methods To carry out the rational use of antibiotics health education for all medical staffs in Nanning Third People’s Hospital of Guangxi. Results After a year of health education, all medical personnel have a greater level of knowledge of antibiotics. The clinical application rate of antibiotics dropped from 89 1 4% to 60 0 5%. Conclusion Long-term and extensive rational use of hospital health education is to help medical personnel to update their knowledge and change the concept of an important way.
