This article studies the activity and immunological activity of lymphocytes during whole blood preservation. Whole blood was collected from the Red Cross Blood Center in Ishikawa, Japan. 200 ml of whole blood and 30 ml of anticoagulant were stored in each bottle and left to stand in the refrigerator. Blood samples were taken after shaking at appropriate intervals for white blood cell count and classification (Giemsa staining)
