针对厚煤层、大采高采煤中,多层孔瓦斯抽采工艺特点,研制了一种大采高多层孔瓦斯抽采履带式钻机。主要对钻机的整体布局、伸缩式变幅机构、钻杆运输车、辅助上杆升降装置等技术进行了研究。通过型式试验验证了该钻机具有中心高0.8~3.5 m可调,方位角和倾、仰角调节范围广,调节方便可靠、自动化程度高、操作简单、运输方便等优点,且各关键部件设计合理,可靠性强,提升了钻机性能,提高钻进效率。“,”In mining thick coal seam and large mining height are broken, multi-layer hole gas extraction process characteristics, and developed a kind of large mining height are broken gas extraction crawler drill rig.
