自1973年来,作者已应用二氧化碳激光于动物实验与临床,本文报告使用二氧化碳连续波激光输出功率50W,光速波长10.6μ)于19例口腔颌而部肿瘤,即血管瘤7例,恶性黑色素瘤4例,基底细胞癌4例,颊部皮脂腺囊肿,巨舌症,眼眶圆柱瘤和舌癌各1例。临床应用后总结其优点如下: 1.应川二氧化碳激光作手术可减少出血,无需再用降温、降压的特殊麻醉;同时手术野也清晰,便于观察,易于识别病理和健康组织等。2.对创缘无损伤,仍可作缝合、皮瓣转移和游离植皮。3.应用激光作手术可封闭血管和淋巴管,使恶性肿瘤减少或避免播散。4.在手术部位有感染时,仍可应用二氧
Since 1973, the authors have used carbon dioxide laser in animal experiments and clinical studies. In this paper, we report the use of carbon dioxide continuous wave laser output power of 50W, light speed wavelength of 10.6μ) in 19 cases of oral jaw and tumor, namely hemangioma in 7 cases, malignant melanoma 4 Cases, basal cell carcinoma in 4 cases, buccal sebaceous cyst, giant tongue disease, orbital tumor and tongue cancer in 1 case.
