研究了超声乳化并后房型人工晶体植入术后48例(52只眼)角膜内皮的变化。结果表明,超声乳化对角膜内皮的损伤与进行超声的位置及前房稳定性关系密切,浅前房下超声对角膜内皮损伤最重,其次为前房内超声,在稳定的前房下进行后房内超声损伤最小。对超声乳化后内皮损伤的机理及怎样预防浅前房损伤进行了讨论
The changes of corneal endothelium in 48 patients (52 eyes) after phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were studied. The results showed that the damage of corneal endothelium by phacoemulsification was closely related to the location of ultrasound and the stability of the anterior chamber. The superficial anterior chamber was the most damaged in the corneal endothelium, followed by the anterior chamber ultrasound, followed by the stable anterior chamber Room ultrasound minimal damage.
