《中共国土资源部党组关于贯彻落实〈建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008-2012年工作规划〉的实施办法》——该实施办法共八个部分,即总体要求和工作目标,推进反腐倡廉教育,健全反腐倡廉规章制度,强化监督制约,深化机制制度改革,纠正损害群众利益的不正之风,保持惩处腐败的强劲势头,切实抓好《实施办法》的贯彻落实。同时分别规定了具体的目标、要求、任务及责任分工。
