随着高校图书馆信息服务功能的扩大,高校图书馆只有转变信息服务观念、提高信息服务水平,才能满足读者全方位、多层次的个性化的信息需求。因此,高校图书馆信息服务方式的转变主要表现在:从被动性服务向主动性服务转变;从大众化服务向个性化服务转变;从静态性服务向动态性服务转变;从分散性服务向整合性服务转变;从单向性服务向交互性服务转变。
With the expansion of the information service function of university libraries, only by changing the concept of information service and improving the service level of information, can the university library meet the readers’ all-round and multi-level personalized information needs. Therefore, the change of information service mode of university libraries mainly manifests in the following aspects: from passive service to proactive service; from popular service to personalized service; from static service to dynamic service; from decentralized service to integrative Service change; from unidirectional service to interactive service.
