●港继续保持繁荣,根本上取决于中国收回香港后,在中国的管辖之下,实行适合于香港的政策。香港现行的政治、经济制度,甚至大部分法律都可以保留,当然,有些要加以改革。香港仍将实行资本主义,现行的许多适合的制度要保持。 摘自《我们对香港问题的基本立场》,载《邓小平文选》第三卷,第13页。●特区是个窗口,是技术的窗口,管理的窗口,知识的窗口,也是对外政策的窗口。从特区可以引进技术,获得知识,学到管理,管理也是知识。
● The continued prosperity of Hong Kong depends fundamentally on the implementation of a policy appropriate to Hong Kong under China’s jurisdiction after China’s recovery of Hong Kong. The current political and economic system in Hong Kong and even most of the laws can be preserved. Of course, some reforms must be made. Hong Kong will still practice capitalism and many of the existing systems in place will need to be maintained. From the SAR can introduce technology, access to knowledge, learning management, management is also knowledge.
