内镜在医学领域中应用已有几十年的历史,随着微创外科的不断发展,内镜具有良好的照明和图像放大作用,使得内镜治疗范围不断扩大。在耳鼻咽喉一头颈外科领域硬性内镜鼻窦手术由于创伤小而被重视和广泛应用,随着内镜应用解剖研究进一步的深入,影像学、病理生理学研究的不断进展以及内镜技术的不断完善,鼻窦内镜技术得到了进一步发展和延伸。本文就内镜在颅底外科中应用的进展进行综述。
Endoscopy has been used for decades in the medical field. With the continuous development of minimally invasive surgery, the endoscope has good illumination and image magnification, which makes the scope of endoscopic treatment continue to expand. In the field of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, rigid endoscopic sinus surgery is widely used as a result of small trauma. With the further application of endoscopic anatomy, advances in imaging and pathophysiology, as well as the continuous improvement of endoscopic techniques, Sinus endoscopic technology has been further developed and extended. This article reviews the progress of endoscopic application in skull base surgery.
