本文针对展示设计的整体性特点来进行分析论证,通过对视觉传达设计、产品设计、室内外环境设计在展示设计的责任和作用的描叙。总结了视觉传达设计、产品设计、室内外环境设计等三者之间相互影响、相互作用地构成了展示设计的整体性,展示设计正如其他事物一样,整体有部分组成,部分之间相互影响、相互作用构成整体。并进一步要求展示设计师就展示设计的整体性特点进行总体设计,其中包括艺术和技术设计的工作。
