目的:探讨机械可脱性螺旋圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的优越性以及相关的栓塞技术。方法:在神经镇定镇痛麻醉及全身肝素化的条件下,对10例不同部位、大小的动脉瘤进行栓塞。其中男性7例,女性3例。平均年龄46(31~63)岁。结果:7例动脉瘤达到100%栓塞,1例达到95%栓塞,1例因材料不足仅栓塞45%,1例因栓塞术中出血而放弃栓塞。全部保留载瘤动脉通畅,仪1例发生与栓塞技术有关的并发症。结论:机械可脱性螺旋圈安全可靠。但手法必须轻柔,一次性准确到位及螺旋圈在动脉瘤腔内良好盘曲是栓塞成功的关键。远期效果尚需长期随访。
Objective: To investigate the superiority of mechanical detachable spiral coil embolization of intracranial aneurysms and related embolization techniques. Methods: Ten patients with aneurysms of different sites and sizes were embolized under the conditions of analgesic analgesia and systemic heparinization. Including 7 males and 3 females. The average age of 46 (31 ~ 63) years old. Results: Seven patients had 100% embolization of the aneurysm, 95% embolization in one case, 45% embolization in one case due to inadequate material, and one embolization due to hemorrhage in embolization. All retained parent artery patency, instrument 1 case occurred with the embolization technology-related complications. Conclusion: Mechanical detachable helical coil is safe and reliable. However, the method must be gentle, one-time accurate and spiral coil in the aneurysm cavity of a good coiled is the key to successful embolization. Long-term results still need long-term follow-up.
