目的应用模糊综合法对某大型餐饮企业进行卫生学评价,为行政部门审核提供技术依据。方法根据深圳市餐饮服务许可办法的相关要求,采用模糊综合评价法进行卫生学评价。结果用该方法对某大型餐饮企业进行卫生学评价的得分为8.14分,该餐馆的卫生等级为B级。结论模糊综合评价的结果反映了餐饮企业的整体卫生状况,是一种全面、客观的卫生学评价方法。
Objective To evaluate the hygiene of a large catering enterprise by fuzzy comprehensive method and provide the technical basis for the examination of the administrative department. Methods According to the relevant requirements of Shenzhen catering service permit method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to carry out hygiene evaluation. Results Using this method, the score of hygiene evaluation for a large catering enterprise was 8.14, and the restaurant’s hygiene rating was Grade B. Conclusion The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation reflect the overall health status of catering enterprises, which is a comprehensive and objective evaluation method of hygiene.
