在高校人才培养模式向应用型转变的背景下,本文分析了高校财务管理专业人才培养模式存在的培养目标与实际培养体系相脱节、课程体系“重理论、轻实践”缺乏专业特色、实习实践平台不健全、“实践型”教师不足四个方面的问题,归纳了对应用型本科财务管理专业学生的能力培养要求,提出依据办学特色制定培养目标、完善课程体系建设,提倡教法改革、加强校内校外实习实践平台建设、建设与培养目标相适应的师资队伍四个方面的对策。
