目的:研究在肾脏疾病诊断和治疗中应用尿沉渣检查的临床价值。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年1月之间我院收治的肾脏疾病患者100例,分别采用尿干化学法与尿沉渣检查法分析患者的尿液样本,比较两种方法检测白细胞和红细胞的阳性率、准确度、特异度及敏感度。结果:采用尿干化学法测定白细胞和红细胞的阳性率均低于尿沉渣检查法,但是二者之间无显著差异,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义;尿干化学法在检验肾脏疾病患者的尿液样本过程中的准确度、特异度与敏感度均低于尿沉渣检查法,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:采用尿沉渣检查检测肾脏疾病患者的尿液样本,具有较高的准确度、特异度和敏感性,能够为临床治疗提供重要依据,值得推广。
Objective: To study the clinical value of urine sediment examination in the diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases. Methods: One hundred patients with renal diseases admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected. Urine samples were analyzed by urinary dry chemistry and urinary sediment test respectively. Two methods were compared to detect leucocytes and red blood cells The positive rate, accuracy, specificity and sensitivity. Results: The positive rates of leucocyte and erythrocyte were all lower than those of urinary sediment test by urine dry chemical method, but there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05) Of the urine samples in the process of accuracy, specificity and sensitivity were lower than urine sediment test, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The urinalysis of urinary sediment in patients with kidney disease has high accuracy, specificity and sensitivity, which can provide important evidence for clinical treatment and is worthy of popularization.
