一九八二年四月五日湘政办发20号省人民政府原则同意省卫生厅《关于医院实行公费、劳保医疗按成本收费试点的请示报告》,现转发给株洲市、常德市和沅江县,从一九八二年五月一日起试行。医院实行公费、劳保医疗按成本收费工作是一项改革,省试点任务的行政公署和市、县人民政府必须加强领导,省财政厅、物委、经委、劳动局、总工会等有关部门应紧密配合,一定要把工作做细做好,特别要注意加强思想政治工作,以保证试点的顺利进行。
