1.进行现代化建设,企业管理必须现代化。胡耀邦同志在党的十二大报告中指出,目前我国许多企业生产技术和经营管理落后,必须有计划地推进大规模的技术改造,推广各种已有的经济效益好的技术成果,必须加强经济科学和管理科学的研究和应用,不断提高国民经济的计划、管理水平和企业事业的经营管理水平。为了实现党的十二大制定的战略目标,推进企业管理现代化,已成为摆在我们面前的一项重要而紧迫的任务。
1. To carry out modernization, business management must be modernized. Comrade Hu Yaobang pointed out in the report of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that at present, many enterprises in our country are lagging in production technology and management, and must carry out large-scale technological transformations in a planned manner and promote various existing technological achievements with good economic benefits. We must strengthen the economy. The research and application of science and management science will continuously improve the national economy’s plans, management levels, and business management. In order to realize the strategic goals set by the Party’s 12th National Congress and promote the modernization of enterprise management, it has become an important and urgent task before us.
