In order to investigate the effect of different exercise training on the endocrine function of the cardiovascular system in rats, the rats were used as exercise models for 8 weeks of exercise training with different loads. The contents of plasma adrenomedullin (ADM) and endothelin (ET) were measured. The results showed that: 1) After long-term medium-load exercise training, the contents of plasma ET and ADM were increased and positively correlated; 2) Long-term and heavy-load exercise training resulted in a significant increase of plasma ET content and a significant decrease of ADM content. CONCLUSION: Long-term medium-load exercise training can promote the moderate increase of ET and ADM secretion and exert a beneficial effect on the body. Long-term heavy-load exercise training can lead to imbalance of secretion of two vasoactive peptides, which is unfavorable to health.
