Mainly discusses the definition of GLONASS coordinate system PZ-90 and the basic method and mathematical model of coordinate transformation with GPS coordinate system WGS-84. Discusses and evaluates the acquisition methods of the existing conversion parameters, and analyzes and compares various conversion parameters.
