在同一部队选择两个连队,各连选36～38人作为观察对象,试验共进行12天。第1和12天两个连队同时进行标准试验,即负荷16公斤常速(4—5km/h)行军90分种。行程约7公里。其余10天仅试验连行军。每次行军饮水500ml。测量指标有气象指标的干球、湿球和黑球温度及风速,并计算三球温度指数;生理指标的心率,直肠温度和出汗量;生化指标全血乳酸;体能指标最大摄氧量(Vo_2max)。
