本组患者男8例,女3例;年龄12～55岁。肿瘤位于额叶、颞叶各3例,矢状窦旁、侧脑室各2例,枕叶1例。病理类型为星形细胞瘤7例,脑膜瘤、侧脑室室管膜瘤各2例。术中输血300～600毫升,只1例未输血,比非冷冻同类手术减少输血量为35%。全麻4例,针麻5例,局麻2例。术后仅有轻度脑水肿反应,未出现继发出血和其他反应。
The group of 8 males and 3 females; aged 12 to 55 years. Tumors located in the frontal and temporal lobes in 3 cases, sagittal sinus, lateral ventricles in 2 cases, occipital lobe in 1 case. Pathological types of astrocytoma in 7 cases, meningioma, lateral ventricle ependymoma in 2 cases. Intraoperative blood transfusion of 300 to 600 ml, only 1 case did not transfuse, compared with non-cryogenic surgery to reduce blood transfusions of 35%. 4 cases of general anesthesia, acupuncture anesthesia in 5 cases, 2 cases of local anesthesia. Only a mild brain edema reaction after surgery, there was no secondary bleeding and other reactions.
