结识郑连真是在新疆生产建设兵团的优秀党务工作者表彰会上。主管部门在厚厚的一摞表扬材料中精选出一份,于是我就在赶赴乌鲁木齐开会的众多代表中找到了这位兵团农一师三团的政委。 无疑我又有了一个抒写英雄模范人物的机会。 郑连真1964年20岁从上海来到新疆。那时青年人曾满怀豪情地以“好儿女志在四方”为人生口号奔赴祖国各地。但一二十年之后,真正留在当地基层的却越来越少。郑连真不仅是留下来的一个,而且是一直怀着当年的热情好好干着的一个。他多次被评为“先进工作者”、“优秀党员”等,是在当地及兵团系统很有影响的那种“在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡成绩”的人。但是当他在我的采访中回顾在边陲风沙中度过的20多个年头时,我在他眼中看到了比豪情更为深挚的内容,我看到了荣誉背后称得上苍凉的那种东西。当我问他假如人生可以重复一次他是否还来?他思索片刻,笑容里有了不易察觉的忧伤。最后他果断地说:不,我不会再来。 那一刻,我不仅为他的事迹,更为他的真挚感动。
