科学美是近年来科学界和美学界提出的新概念,是指科学领域里存在的美。科学美是一种美的形态,它同自然美、社会美、艺术美、技术美相并列。生物化学是从分子水平研究生命奥秘的。生命活动本身涉及的领域就是一个绚丽多彩的美的王国。在生物化学教学中渗透美理念和观点,向学生展现科学之美,引导学生进行审美体验,培养学生的科学审美意识,激发学生强烈的科学好奇心,对加深学生对复杂生命科学知识的理解,提高学生学习兴趣学习效率以及学生的科学思维能力和审美创造力的培养是具有重要意义。
