本文分析当前海外华文教育师资的状况,联系历史上中国的教师对海外华文教育发展所起过的作用,进一步论述利用国内华文教育基地培训华文教育师资的途径和作用。
This article analyzes the status of current overseas Chinese teaching staff, links the historical role played by Chinese teachers to the development of overseas Chinese education, and further discusses the ways and functions of using Chinese domestic education bases to train teachers of Chinese education.
