近年来,随着我国改革的不断深入,事业单位人员所处的内外环境也发生了翻天覆地的变化,人力资源管理在事业单位发展过程中也发挥着重要作用。然而在事业单位人力资源管理中,总会不可避免的暴露出一些问题以及不足,制约了事业单位的整体发展。因此,为有效缓解这一不利影响,相关事业单位管理者就要加大对人力资源管理问题的研究力度,并采取一系列有效措施,为事业单位的健康向上发展打下坚实基础。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the reform in our country, the internal and external environment in which personnel of public institutions have undergone tremendous changes. Human resources management also plays an important role in the development of public institutions. However, in the management of human resources in public institutions, some problems and deficiencies are inevitably exposed, which restrict the overall development of public institutions. Therefore, in order to effectively mitigate this adverse impact, managers of relevant public institutions should intensify their research on human resources management and take a series of effective measures to lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of public institutions.
