笔者把应用写作教学管理改革与应用写作教学思想改革、应用写作教学内容改革、应用写作教学方法改革这四个方面的改革总称为“应用写作教学总体改革”。许多应用写作教学实施者、研究者比较忽略教学管理方面的改革,这个倾向应当引起各位同仁的关注和思考。“一张考卷定乾坤”、“一张考卷定成绩”遭到普遍的质疑和否定。怎样扭转这一不应当存在的不合理现象呢?怎样把绝大多数同仁都已达成的共识变为现实呢?这就要把较多分数甚至是绝大部分分数分配到平时训练、平时记分上去。分数可以起到相当大的学习指挥棒的作用,教师当然不可以忽略这一重要现实。奖优罚劣、奖勤罚懒、奖对罚错:分数在这里扮演了一个很重要的角色。这是一个良性的机制,它可以引导同学们一
