《药品管理法》公布执行五年来,在财政部、卫生部及各级卫生行政部门的支持和关怀下,省级药品检验所的大型仪器装备有了明显改善。据初步统计,五年来装备的仪器占仪器总数的71％。这些仪器设备在药品监督检验,标准规格制订,假劣药处理,新药新产品审批等方面发挥了很好作用,提高了药检所的检验能力和技术水平。为了总结交流工作,检查仪器装备效益,提高仪器使用率,促进药检事业发展,卫生部药政局於1990年11月20日至23日在上海召开了“全国药检仪器应用管理论文汇报会”。参加会议的有部份省、直辖市药政处,
In the five years since the Drug Administration Law was promulgated, with the support and care of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health and the health administrative departments at all levels, the large-scale equipment of the provincial drug inspection institute has been significantly improved.
