患者女,48岁。体检发现胰头占位性病变入院。患者无自觉症状,体格检查未见异常。超声:胰腺头部旁一约46 mm×47 mm不均质低回声包块,边界尚清,形态欠规则。CDFI:包块周边及内部可见少许血流信号。CT:平扫示胰头部一分叶状软组织肿块影,大小约49mm×56 mm×63 mm,边界尚清,密度欠均匀,肿块CT值约35 HU,中心可见一点状高密度影,胰管轻度扩张;增强动脉
