在白菜型油菜自交系S1815中发现2株半不育株,对半不育株自交,分离出可育株、不育株和微粉株,用可育株与不育株保持,子代表现不育,可育株自交不分离,后经连续5代回交保持,育成细胞质雄性不育系58A及保持系58B。经大量的回交筛选,在白菜型油菜376份种质资源中,筛选出7份恢复种质,它们主要分布在陕西和甘肃冬油菜品种资源中。通过组合测配,育成58A×143C参加陕西省区域试验及生产试验,平均产量1802.7 kg/hm2,比对照秦油4号平均产量1535.8 kg/hm2增产17.37%。2003年3月通过陕西省品种审定,定名白杂1号。
Two semi-sterile plants were found in inbred line S1815 of Brassica campestris. The semi-sterile lines were selfed, and the fertile plants, sterile plants and fine powder plants were isolated and maintained with fertile and sterile plants. Now sterile, self-fertile plants do not separate, after five generations of back to maintain, breeding cytoplasmic male sterile line 58A and maintainer line 58B. After a large number of backcross screening, 7 restorer germplasms were screened from 376 germplasm resources of Brassica campestris, which are mainly distributed in Shaanxi and Gansu winter rape varieties. Through the combination test, the breeding 58A × 143C took part in the regional experiment and production test in Shaanxi Province. The average yield was 1802.7 kg / hm2, which increased by 17.37% compared with the average output of Qinhai No.4 of 1535.8 kg / hm2. In March 2003 passed the Shaanxi Province species validation, named white hybrid 1.
