学校提出了“初中教育内容要丰富多彩,让学生快乐学习,全面健康发展”的政教工作改革,年级组全体老师便积极响应并讨论年级组应如何按照要求开展工作。全体老师讨论后不谋而和的达成了二个统一的观点:教育不是学校孤立的工作,应该让老师、家长、学生形成一股合力,达到作用最大化;快乐是一种体验,首先得让师生知道哪些是快乐的,然后去寻找快乐,最后一起创造快乐。一、年级建设中对老师的目标“快乐工作,快乐生活”
