在商品经济社会人才流动日益频繁的今天,市场机制的无形之手渗透到人力资源领域并使跳槽这一现象日渐普遍,于是集体跳槽便有了发生的条件,所谓集体跳槽,一般是指个人跳槽的联合。说到这种个体的联合跳槽,之所以可以引起各方讨论成为热点话题,一定是有其深厚根源的。在本文中,我们尝试着从经济伦理的角度来分析此现象,并找出最终解决方法——“以人为本”。“以人为本”的人本管理是一门复杂的应用科学,而企业集体跳槽现象应该留给中国企业以更多的深思和启示。
