上岗培训是每一个新入职准备任教的教师必须要经历的过程,也是学校根据自身的教学条件和教学目的对新教师定向改造的一个过程。入职培训可以使新补充的高等学校教师做好任教前思想上和技术上的准备,通过我们设计的培训课程使教师迈出走上讲台的第一步。在培训的过程中,我们也要帮助教师做好角色的转变,尽快地从受教育者转变为教育者,在培训中逐步拥有作为一名合格的高校教师所应具备的素质和能力。
On-the-job training is a process that every new recruiting teacher must go through. It is also a process in which a school reformats new teachers according to their own teaching conditions and teaching purposes. On-the-job training enables newly recruited faculty members to be mentally and technically prepared before teaching, and teachers can take the first step toward taking the stage through the training courses we designed. In the course of training, we also need to help teachers change their roles and change from educated to educators as soon as possible. Gradually, they should possess the qualities and capabilities they should possess as a qualified college teacher.
