本文从团学参与者的视角探讨了现有团学工作中的问题并提出了作者个人的改进意见。在团学工作中制度的建设是重中之重,好的制度能保证团学高效运作并能有效释放出团学参与者的创造力,留住真正符合要求的团学人才。
This essay discusses the problems existing in the current study of group study from the perspective of group participants and puts forward the opinions of individual improvement. The construction of the system in the group study is the most important task. A good system can guarantee the efficient operation of the group study and effectively release the creativity of the group participants and retain the talents of the group that meet the requirements.
