目的:探讨凋亡相关蛋白Survivin及Bcl-2在鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌(SNSCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测35例SNSCC及20例正常下鼻甲黏膜标本中Survivin和Bcl-2的表达。结果:Survivin在SNSCC组织中的表达为88.6%,在正常下鼻甲黏膜组织无表达,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Bcl-2在SNSCC组织中的表达为71.4%,明显高于正常下鼻甲黏膜组织的表达25%(P<0.01)。Survivin与Bcl-2的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。肿瘤的分级程度越高,Survivin和Bcl-2的表达水平越低。结论:Survivin、Bcl-2与SNSCC的发生、发展有关,Survivin可能会成为SNSCC基因治疗的靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of apoptosis-related proteins Survivin and Bcl-2 in nasal sinus squamous cell carcinoma (SNSCC). Methods: The expressions of Survivin and Bcl-2 in 35 cases of SNSCC and 20 cases of normal inferior turbinate mucosa were detected by Envision immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of Survivin in SNSCC tissues was 88.6%. No expression was found in normal inferior turbinate mucosa tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 in SNSCC was 71.4%, which was significantly higher than that in normal inferior turbinate mucosa (P <0.01). Survivin and Bcl-2 expression was positively correlated (P <0.01). The higher the tumor grade, the lower the expression level of Survivin and Bcl-2. Conclusion: Survivin and Bcl-2 are related to the occurrence and development of SNSCC. Survivin may be the target of SNSCC gene therapy.
