本文就我国当前煤矿企业纪检监察工作中存在的问题和不足加以论述和探讨,并针对存在问题提出了具体的整改措施和执行建议,目的在于提高我国煤矿企业纪检监察干部的工作能力,使其更好的服务于煤矿事业的发展。
