某些光学机械电子扫描记录成象的仪器里,常采用方形通孔作为记录孔,因为方孔逐点记录时,象面各点曝光时间相等,不致于产生波纹状密度变化,且记录速度较圆孔快。方孔难以加工,有些仪器采用组台式。对于尺寸在0.2mm以上的小孔建议用铣削法加工,为此目的,记录孔零件可设计成如图1所示形状。工件正、背面相互垂直各铣一条宽度等于边长、略深于半厚度的槽,二槽相交形成所需方孔。用薄铜片反复游压上、下槽底,加以剔针铲挑可除去孔边毛头和切屑。
