因地域环境、地区情势、宗教信仰等多维因素,影响了西藏牧民子女之思想政治教育认知和行为水平的提升,从而掣肘其健康成长。为此,需要在坚持“人性关怀、综合利用多样化载体、使用多样化方法”的原则下,加强西藏牧民子女思想政治教育的主阵地和师资队伍建设,是新常态社会背景下,贯彻落实“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展理念,实现“民族振兴、国家富强、人民幸福”的中国梦之不可或缺的重要工作。
