目的 研究急性白血病患儿应用 rh G- CSF后自身抗体的产生及对 G- CSF血清浓度的影响。方法 应用 EL ISA技术检测 4 6例急性白血病患儿和 10 4例正常儿童。结果 11例应用rh G- CSF的急性白血病患儿检测到自身抗体。结论 G- CSF自身抗体的产生与 rh G- CSF剂量和疗程无关 ,且不显著地降低 G- CSF血清浓度。 rh G- CSF临床应用具有安全性。
Objective To study the production of autoantibodies after rh G-CSF administration in children with acute leukemia and its effect on G-CSF serum concentration. Methods ELISA technique was used to detect 46 children with acute leukemia and 104 normal children. Results Autoantibodies were detected in 11 children with acute leukemia treated with rhG-CSF. Conclusions The production of G-CSF autoantibodies has nothing to do with rh G-CSF dose and duration of treatment and does not significantly reduce G-CSF serum concentrations. Clinical application of rh G-CSF is safe.
