“社区服务进乡村,帮助农民谋致富。民主选举村干部,集体议事成制度。农村发展面貌新,社区建设民拥护。”这是2007年农村社区建设实验启动以来,黑龙江省农村社区的真实写照。两年多来,农村社区建设工作在黑龙江省委、省政府的高度重视和全力推进下,紧紧围绕社会主义新农村建设,从农村基层组织、农村社会管理、农村社区服务、农村社区文化和村级基础设施等5个体系入手,抢抓机遇、谋求发展,取得了可喜成绩。
"This is the rural community construction experiment started in 2007, the rural community in Heilongjiang Province True portrayal. In the past two years or so, the work of building rural communities in rural areas has been highly focused and fully promoted by Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Government. They have focused on the construction of a new socialist countryside, from grassroots organizations in rural areas, rural social management, rural community services, rural community culture and Village-level infrastructure and other five systems to start, seize the opportunity to seek development, and achieved gratifying results.
