目的:探讨血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析滤过(HDF)治疗尿毒症脑病的临床效果。方法:在综合内科治疗的基础上,对21例尿毒症脑病患者采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,观察患者意识及肌酐、尿素氮、血清胱抑素等各项生化指标的变化情况。结果:经HDF和HP联合治疗后,21例中临床治愈和明显改善者18例,全部神志转清,占85.7%。结论:HP联合HDF是治疗尿毒症脑病有较好疗效。此2种方法联合应用起到优势互补的治疗作用,对改善患者的预后有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion (HP) and hemodiafiltration (HDF) on uremic encephalopathy. Methods: On the basis of comprehensive medical treatment, 21 patients with uremic encephalopathy were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. The changes of biochemical indexes including creatinine, urea nitrogen and serum cystatin were observed. Results: After treatment with HDF and HP, 18 cases were clinically cured and markedly improved in 21 cases, all of them were cleared by mind, accounting for 85.7%. Conclusion: HP combined with HDF is a good treatment for uremic encephalopathy. The combination of these two methods plays a complementary and complementary therapeutic effect and has important clinical significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
