对尿素脱蜡工艺从焦化柴油中分离直链α-烯烃和直链烷烃的工艺路线进行了试验研究,用异丙醇和水混合溶剂溶解尿素,与焦化柴油进行络合反应。研究结果表明,用该脱蜡工艺,可从焦化柴油中分离得到直链α-烯烃和直键烷烃,焦化柴油可作为C8~C20。直链α-烯烃和直链烷烃的一个重要来源。对220~320℃的焦化柴油馆分,采用异丙醇:尿素:水为50:40:15的比例组成的尿素饱和溶液,以5:1~6:1的比例与焦化柴油进行络合反应,络合反应可在20min内接近或达到平衡,约30%的直链烃分离出来,其中α-烯烃含量在16%~17%之间。
