(2016年7月22日山东省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议通过)第一章总则第一条为了发展循环经济,提高资源利用效率,保护和改善环境,推进生态文明建设,根据《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》等法律、行政法规,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条本省行政区域内生产、流通和消费等过程中进行的减量化、再利用、资源化等循环经济活动以及相关的管理与服务,适用本条例。本条例所称减量化,是指在生产、流通和消费等过程中减少资源消耗和废物产生。
(Adopted at the 22nd Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth People’s Congress of Shandong Province on July 22, 2016) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to develop a recycling economy, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, protect and improve the environment, and promote ecology Civilization, according to “People’s Republic of China Circular Economy Promotion Law” and other laws, administrative regulations, combined with the actual province, the enactment of this Ordinance. Article 2 These Regulations are applicable to the circular economic activities, such as reduction, reuse and resource recycling, and related management and services carried out during the process of production, circulation and consumption in the administrative areas of the province. The term “reduction” as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the reduction of resource consumption and waste generation in the process of production, circulation and consumption.
