目前在有关的滚齿资料中,都介绍了滚刀“对中”的方法,并简单说明了滚刀必须对中的理由。但由于国产或进口的中小型滚齿机大都并没有“对刀架”这个附件。从事齿轮生产的操作者有时不“对中”就滚齿也没有出现齿轮的加工质量等问题。现对此问题进行定性定量分析。一、齿廓是由“成形切痕”组成的如附图所示渐开线B、BB_2为某一齿轮的右侧齿廓,基圆半径为a。设滚刀圆周齿数为Z_0,齿轮齿数为Z,滚刀为单头。此时滚刀每转一齿,齿坯转过角度φ。这时,φ=2π·K/Z_0Z(K为滚刀头数)。
