设计了一种基于MCGS的钻机工况状态监测系统,实现了钻机运行数据的实时采集传输和参数显示、预警。介绍了系统硬件组成和工作原理,阐述了MCGS嵌入式人机界面的设计流程,并对软件进行了软件仿真实验。通过仿真实验表明了该系统的参数显示、工况预警和通信速率均可满足预期要求。
A drilling condition monitoring system based on MCGS was designed to realize real-time data collection and transmission and parameter display and warning of drilling rig operation data. The system hardware composition and working principle are introduced. The design flow of MCGS embedded human-machine interface is expounded, and the software simulation experiment is carried out. The simulation results show that the parameters of this system are displayed, and the working conditions warning and communication rate can meet the expected requirements.
