信息技术突飞猛进,给人们的生产生活带来了巨大的便利。“十三五”期间档案管理要初步实现以信息化为核心的档案管理现代化,这对档案管理提出了新的课题。档案信息化建设涵盖了基础设施、档案信息数字化、档案网站、档案标准、数字档案馆等五方面内容。档案信息化建设目标的实现,关键是档案工作者的素质提升。要实现宏伟目标,档案工作者要刻苦钻研,既要具备专业素养,还要掌握信息技术。
Information technology by leaps and bounds, to people’s production and life has brought great convenience. During the period of “13th Five-Year Plan”, archives management should initially realize the modernization of archives management with informatization as the core, which puts forward new issues for archives management. The construction of archives informatization covers five aspects of infrastructure, digital archival information, archives websites, archival standards and digital archives. The key to realize the goal of archives informatization is to enhance the quality of archivists. To achieve the grand goal, archivists should study hard, not only have professional qualifications, but also grasp the information technology.
