目的分析优质护理服务对急诊科护理差错率产生的影响。方法筛选2014年8月~2015年9月我院急诊科收治的96例患者作为研究对象,并随机分为研究组和对照组各48例,给予研究组患者优质护理,给予对照组患者常规护理,对比分析两组护理差错率及患者对护理满意度。结果通过临床观察及数据可看出:对照组差错率(27.1%)明显高于研究组(6.2%),结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义;研究组总满意度(97.9%)显著高于常规组(79.1%)(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论将优质护理运用于急诊科护理有重大的临床意义,患者满意度高,且医护人员差错率较低,值得运用推广。
Objective To analyze the impact of quality nursing service on the error rate of emergency department nursing. Methods Ninety-six patients admitted to our emergency department from August 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in study group were given quality care and patients in control group were given routine nursing , Comparative analysis of two groups of nursing error rate and patient satisfaction with nursing. Results The clinical observation and data showed that the error rate of the control group (27.1%) was significantly higher than that of the study group (6.2%), and the results were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total satisfaction (97.9%) in the study group was significantly higher In the conventional group (79.1%) (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of quality nursing care in emergency department is of great clinical significance, patient satisfaction is high, and the error rate of health care workers is low, so it is worth to use promotion.
