吉林医科大学克山病研究组在患区以抢救防治为中心的工作中,从抢救垂危病人中摸索出一套比较完整的急救方法,归纳起来,名之为“静,氧、温、点、药、守”六字综合疗法,我们运用此种疗法救了几百人的生命,本文就综合疗法的“药”的问题加以综述。我校治疗克山病用的“综合疗法、辩症施治”,疗效极佳,但如果对轻患不早期治疗,对重患不积极抢救,那末轻患可能很快急剧恶化,重患可能在数小时或1—2日死亡,有的甚至在入院后数分钟内即牺牲,故不论患者轻重都应及时进行抢救,不能稍有延缓,否则会造成不良的后果。
