随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展以及高速公路、高等级公路的大规模建设,车辆密集化和车辆高速化对车辆的安全性能提出了更高要求。为了适应这一发展形势,促进汽车技术的进步,我国的制动法规逐渐与国际法规接轨,GB 12676-1999(汽车制动系统结构、性能和试验方法)基本引用 ECE R13(欧洲经济委员会汽车制动法规)的有关条款,这一法规的全部内容2003年10月起都将实施。因此,按照 GB 12676—1999的有关要求,根据汽车制动的有关理论,对汽车制动性能进行试验研究及分析软件的开发具有十分重要的意义。
With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry and the large-scale construction of highways and highways, vehicle intensification and high-speed vehicles put forward higher requirements on vehicle safety. In order to adapt to this development situation and promote the progress of automotive technology, China’s brake regulations gradually meet the requirements of international laws and regulations. The basic reference of GB 12676-1999 (Structure, Performance and Test Method of Automobile Brake System) is ECE R13 (ECE Automotive System Moving regulations) of the relevant provisions of the full text of this regulation will be implemented in October 2003 onwards. Therefore, in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB 12676-1999, according to the theory of automobile braking, it is of great significance to carry out experimental research and analysis of vehicle braking performance.
